Connecting purpose-driven people to opportunities in physical therapy and fitness.

ProMotion Rehab & Sports Medicine is a 100% therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy practice with five clinics across South Carolina: Camden, Columbia, Florence, Lake City, and Spartanburg. Our purpose is simple: empowering others to live their best lives, our patients and our team alike.

Our core values: Fun, Excellence, Commitment to Community, and Education.

Why clinicians choose ProMotion: an accredited orthopedic residency with the Medical University of South Carolina at every location, structured in-house mentorship with board-certified specialists, and schedules built around your life.

Perks of ProMotion

ProMotion Rehab & Sports Medicine is built on the foundation of People Over Profit, Team Over Self, and Quality Over Quantity. We emphasize taking care of our team FIRST so we can continually provide the best possible care to our patients and the communities we serve.

Professional Development & Advancement Opportunities

Mentorship from board-certified specialists, a continuing education allowance, and support toward advanced certifications. Several of our clinic directors and partners started here in entry-level roles.

Continuing Education Credits & Mentorship Programs

Learn alongside board-certified orthopedic and sports specialists, therapists certified in dry needling and manual therapy, and clinicians specializing in pelvic health, dance medicine, running, and neurologic rehab.

Company Holidays & Paid Time Off

Paid time off and company holidays. We take work-life balance seriously because burned-out clinicians cannot deliver the care our patients deserve.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits

Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off for eligible team members. We are therapist-owned, so compensation decisions are made by clinicians who understand the work.

Community Involvement

Our team shows up for local schools, athletes, dance studios, and community events across all five of our South Carolina locations.
