In this role, you’ll be the first friendly face patients see when they walk through our doors. You’ll help create a positive and welcoming experience while keeping our clinic organized and running smoothly. What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Handle patient registration, verify insurance, and maintain accurate records
- Collect payments and assist patients with billing questions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth daily flow

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, administrative, or customer service roles
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 45 lbs
