Your Role as a Physical Therapist (PT) at ProMotion
As a Physical Therapist at ProMotion, you will lead patient-centered outpatient care through comprehensive evaluations, individualized plan-of-care development, and skilled clinical decision-making. You will restore function, reduce pain, and build long-term resilience while empowering patients to sustain meaningful lifestyle change.

We recognize that many exceptional PTs balance professional growth with family responsibilities or other personal priorities. Our flexible scheduling options are designed to support real life while maintaining strong patient access and continuity of care.
Flexible Schedule Parameters
- Consistent weekly schedule
- Minimum commitment: 2 days per week
- Minimum hours: 8 hours per week
- Maximum hours: Up to 29 hours per week

What You’ll Do
Clinical Leadership & Patient Care
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized POC's
- Deliver skilled, evidence-informed interventions
- Foster strong therapeutic alliances to promote adherence and engagement
- Educate patients on diagnosis, recovery expectations, and long-term self-management
- Drive meaningful functional improvement and successful POC completion
Access, Efficiency & Operations
- Optimize scheduling to maintain strong patient access and continuity
- Support high arrival rates and plan-of-care completion
- Collaborate with PTAs and team members to ensure smooth clinic flow
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
- Promote transition to wellness, fitness, and performance services when appropriate
- Complete accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation
Team Culture & Professional Growth
- Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and clinical development
- Support PTAs, students, and newer clinicians through collaboration and coaching
- Engage in ongoing professional development and specialization pathways
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and growth-oriented culture
Community Impact
- Attend at least 2 community events annually (5Ks, school events, etc.)
- Advocate for the value of physical therapy within the communities we serve
- Build referral relationships through professionalism and clinical excellence
Key Performance Expectations
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): ≥ 90
- Visits per Hour: ≥ 1.333
- Typical Schedule: 8-9 patients scheduled in a 5-hour day resulting in target of 7 patients seen

Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or upcoming graduate eligible for licensure) in South Carolina
